Are the books in the revisited series the same as the original ones? I mean, did you do any rewrites and/or added/deleted scenes?
ReplyDeleteThe point-of-view changed completely to 3rd person. If a phrase needed refining, I've done that.
DeleteSome scenes in Kissed and Betrayed had their order switched (An Unlikely Pair novel, for reference), but I didn't add new scenes in these parts.
There are some added scenes in Forgiven and Loved. These two books made up Personal Attention, for reference. I haven't changed the big points, but this is fleshed out with more characters interacting with them, more music biz, and stuff.
Basically, Nathan, and Beth's brother and sister-in-law have bigger roles in the series now. They're also in the last book I'm still writing.
Like I've been telling fans since the announcement in Oct./Nov., if you own earlier material, you are under no obligation to purchase the series republished. The New Adult market didn't exist in 2011, so Willowick Publishing took the series on to try to find a new audience.
